False advertisment

So i bought gold from Ez1 on their website around 1pm, they stat they have a 24/7 live chat yet i've been waiting 7-8 hours for my gold, i even sent him/her a pm after they bumped their thread asking why there is no live chat. havent got a reply since. He/she is clearly falsely advertising 24/7 live chat.
I provide more proof if needed.
