How they scammed: Simply did not reply back after receiving the payment,
I was patient enough to wait around 20 minutes before doing a report.

The missing piece of the skype conversation were the usernames.

On the account where i psoted i sent u a req he did not hesitate to add me real quick ! the next second because he was online and this all happened real quick once i told him i sent him a request on skype so that means that is his skype he used to scam with i also have a video of paying this 140m 07

 

that skype matches the ip: 78.58.161.241 and matches no users

this is a classic man in the middle scam (google it if you need further explanation). sorry for your loss, but he's not at fault here. he should send better pms with his skype username in them, but the times don't match up between your skype chat and his pm.
