openly asserting that black people should pay more because they are in the same social group as a few robbers? thats racism.

I bet most African Americans would find this funny. It all depends on where you live. I live Atlanta. In the past year, I've been robbed at gun point once and have also had 3 friends who were also. Every time, the ones who did it were African American. Coincidence? Not at all.

I didn't personally see one because I never go to Mc Donalds, however if I did I probably would have assumed it is a joke. It is way too unlikely for something like that to actually happen.

They don't know who did it, all they know is some blacks did it so it wold make sense, even though this was a joke it would make sense if they were in an area that it happened alot.

Isn't the first one a compliment? and either way, stereotypes exist for a reason, because they commonly are correct. See a black guy? Unless he's in a suit or some kind of respectable clothing you would probably guess he's had some trouble with the law. You would also have a good chance of being correct.
You see a stout irishman? Gaurunteed he probably is an avid drinker.
See a group of mexicans? BIG chance they could be illegal.
See your ex-girlfriend walking down the street? HUMONGOUS chance she's a whore.
etc etc etc, yes these don't apply to all of the group but they exist for a reason.

They do though....Not only have none of the blacks born in this generation experienced racism to a degree it should matter, but also comeon...they had probably the shortest run of slavery in history, and it was actually better than the conditions in africa (where they were enslaving their own people).

Either way, hilarious joke, if I was black I'd laugh my ass off.
