Picture seems to be fake and from a private server

So how is it different?

Private servers show a black mark on zuk

Here is a fake private server zuk kill (confirmed by mods)

Now lets compare to a osrs zuk kill in an almost identical kill angle as 10000's picture

Why is there a black there? and how convenient is it that big bold letters are there?

Regardless if he showed inferno cape ingame the picture seems to be fake and maybe we need a rule change on the inferno proof pic rule

 

While this user did provide proof of ownership in game, that does not prove that he did the cape himself or is borrowing a friends account. @10000 - I have given you a DNT until you provide legitimate proof of you completing a cape, as well as the unedited version of your photo in your thread.
