I'm a cashier for a store, and tbh most of my coworkers i know, as do i, we do not really look at the picture itsself and stand there and try and match up, i enter in the DOB and if it clears, thats it.

Do it, your over thinking it, just bring the alchol up, and if she asks for your id, just hand it to her, and how is she going to tell you "Thats not you" and if she does just say "..yes it is"

..Well I'm fucked. I bought beer like 100 tiems and I tried to buy some and there was a fucking undercover cop that took my id. Now what:????

I am charged with: VTL 509-6

Fcukl!!@@##@ Is this a felony and I have to fill that out on applications??

or just a misdemenor

the fuck seriously? I remember replying to this thread like weeks ago and your response was "everything is fine I got the better" and how exactly did he take it? You give it to the cashier, u get the booz, then he says "Son thats not you and ____________" ??

Basically I going to UAlbany one of the biggest party schools and cops are everywhere. I walked in like normal showed ID and undercover was like to cashier let me see that. I even had a debit card with my brothers anem and he didnt buy it.

lol this doesn't make sense, having a fake id is a felony, but using it is a misdemeanor.

To make or have a fake ID would be forgery, a class C felony," Grannis said, citing RCW 9A.60.020. "Penalties would vary based on offender's history, judicial discretion, and other factors. The operational word being felony.


RCW 66.44.310 states it's a misdemeanor for "any person under the age of twenty-one years to represent his or her age as being twenty-one or more years for the purpose of purchasing liquor or securing admission to, or remaining in any area classified by the board as off-limits to such a person.

What is the worst that is going to happen when I go to court?

I was caught using a fake id not caught with one like legit shop showed.

I have not 1 thing on my record what are the chances of the judge throwing it out????

if the judge has any self decency then he will be cool about it. but you never know, he could be a fag about it.

Yea... U do that, rofl. I mean if you did get away it might work out but I wouldn't suggest it. Maybe get a duplicate of the lic. but change the picture to yours.

I have friends who are 15 and have fake IDs. It's very unlikely that a clerk or a doorman will take your fake ID and call the cops. If anything, they'll usually throw it at you and tell you to gtfo troll, lol.

But, if you do get your nuts busted... then you're fked.
I mean, it's a risk you're taking. You can serve prison time for it, unless your brother says you didn't steal it and it was given. Doubt he'll do that, though.

Theft and stealing ID is a felony bro.

I personally find that 21 is way too old. I mean, you can get persecuted in court as an adult by the age of like 16, but you need to wait until 21 for some beer?

If anything, it should be like in France. 14 for wine, 16 for beer, 18 for hard stuff.

Oh well, :P
