Now this report will be a doozy. There is so much info that needs to be posted so bear with me. Vivi recently posted this report against me. Vivi has had a grudge against me for awhile and that's fine I could care less but what he did here was despicable. Here is a link so everyone can see how ridiculous this report is.

Recently Vivi decided to take matters into his own hands by FAKING a report. I am making this report because the way he and a few others have treated me on Sythe has been absolutely atrocious and downright fucked up. If you read the report it doesn't actually seem like a report, more of an angry rant. Vivi didn't even focus on the "evidence" but instead brings up all the mistakes I had made in the past and continues to make false claims along with lying on a report. This is because the evidence wasn't significant and he knew that. It seems he only tried to find a reason to report me so he can rant on and on. I have been doing much better and have been professional but that is clearly ignored. We'll get into all the details momentarily. But before I begin I ask Sythe Moderators, do you really want immature people like this in our community? People like Vivi who have ruined countless antiscams by revealing to the scammers that they could be potentially antiscammed or blocking them and calling them a scammer to spook them? Before you ask for proof, admins have seen your inexplicable actions. There's a reason your banned from the Name Anti-Scam Discord. We don't need this. So let's begin each point and as you see above in the title it ain't short. Let's start with the report.

Falsifying Evidence To Name Slander and Lying On a Report​

1. In short, a report was made against me for "leaking" Vivi's Name List to a random "in hopes that if they do buy a name from me, that they will use him to middleman." And then states "My name list is not yours to leak for your own gain." How would I gain anything here? Vivi never does business with me. This is very weird and somewhat revealing that this is all faked. Vivi later states he has me blocked which is HILARIOUS because why the heck would I leak his name list to random people to have them use me for MM when if they had asked to use me Vivi would of refused because well no need to explain why. The Dude despises me. So why the heck would I do that when Vivi will just use someone else instead. Vivi REFUSES to use me. I checked the vouches and he HAS MULTIPLE TIMES already used other people so this story already is starting to make absolute zero sense.



2. Vivi then puts my Unique ID and Discord ID in the report stating it was me when that is 100% a lie. Mods can screen-share with me for all I care. I did nothing wrong. But without a screen-share I can determine this is all a lie. A potential customer was provided the video by Vivi and Tyler can confirm the Evidence wasn't substantial because he has a brain. Why? Because the video is taken on a PHONE and involves the dude right clicking "Copy ID" EXTREMELY slow and his Mouse then goes OUT OF CAMERA VIEW and my unique ID somehow ends up in the chatbox. Immediately I knew this was a setup then and there. Vivi deleted the video right after but @Tyler can verify this as he had access to it. Who else could be up to this little game? How does Vivi have the audacity to file a report against me and place my Unique ID and Discord ID in the report with such awful and obviously fake "evidence." My REGULAR Discord ID couldn't even be seen and he still puts it in the report. That is straight up lying on a report and that is a bannable offense on Sythe. The truth is this report was invalid until he actually manages to get a legit video. Vivi KNEW this and STILL decided to open a report and attempt to get me banned/smear my name to further take out the competition. Even though I did NOTHING Wrong. He deserves the punishment Fear got. This is despicable and anyone who can see this knows it couldn't have been a genuine situation. Instead of rushing the report he should of used his brain and asked me so this could of been solved or never reported me in the first place because he knew there wasn't anything there!



2a. Lets Dive Deeper then shall we. In discussion with Trashy, Vivi Claims that the obviously faked video was sent on a "Different Discord." He says the video was taken on his "Main" Discord. How Convenient that only the bottom was seen so the original discord wasn't revealed so it can't be proved that I had never talked with his "fake" Discord nor his Main one. If I knew the Main's Discord ID, I can once and for all prove it was faked and prove Vivi falsified this whole thing. Only the bottom was revealed in the video so Vivi can still make a case against me that I had talked to his main account prior and "Pay Him" not to say anything LOL we'll talk about about it more in a bit.



2b. In this pic he claims I told Hero to make a new discord to ask Vivi about his names so it wouldn't be traced back to him. WHAT DO YOU MEAN. If this actually had happened I would of been 100% connected and could be traced back easily through my actual Discord. Why would I even want to know your names and even if I did WHY THE HECK would I ask a RANDOM PERSON to get them from you and someone who I had never talked to before to do so? Why would I ask anyone dude because anyone I could of asked in this hypothetical made up situation would of realized it was wrong and told you the truth. Of course he joined 15 minutes later, it gave you just enough time to make another Discord to falsify this whole story. This damn story has more plot holes in it than the prequels.

2c. If you try twisting it and claiming maybe an Impostor knew your name list and was trying to scam I checked and Hero hadn't posted anything anywhere. There is no way a potential Impostor could of contacted him as the #welcome channel in Alex's Discord is locked for only admins, sythe mods, and himself to see. So there's no way an impostor could of intervened.

2d: In this screenshot below, Hero is seen messaging Vivi saying that he doesn't want any conflict. Yet he had no problem sending a video (obviously fake) to Vivi so he could report me. All the sudden he decides not to show the "damning evidence" once the report had gone up obviously because there was none and he then claims I probably paid him off. Why the heck after all my time and effort put into Sythe would I even consider risking that or ANYTHING for that matter. I get some people scam quit but this is just fiction.

2e. Here Vivi says mods should screen-share because there are probably deleted messages. How could Mods see me screen-share a conversation that never happened with me lmao. I would like to see more of what happened on your side as everything seems conveniently cropped and edited.

2f. Another suspicious thing is that Hero was online and didn't reply and Tyler acknowledged this. Then later on I get this weird response of this guy pretending to know me and this is obviously Vivi on another Discord. Note: Vivi has a Discord Account Impersonating Me Lmao. Could be potentially Impostor Scamming as well. Notice how he tries to confirm Vivi's story because even he is unsure of it and wants to make sure he can't be caught. Him covering his tracks here is despicable. Notice how he replies to me while the report was open trying to say hello again like he knows me and didn't reply to anyone else why could that be?

3. In your report you say "I take very drastic steps to ensure my name list does not fall into unapproved hands (not only do I require a proof of funds to view my list, ALL users must send me a Sythe PM confirming who they are- I've come to refuse to do any business with banned or DNT'd users, so a Sythe PM is a must for me." The same potential customer named Trashy on Discord (Screenshots Will Follow), had managed to get your name list even though he straight up told you he was banned on Sythe... You only complied because he sold you a 2 character name. So yes there's another blatant lie to try to make yourself look better when really you are simply not. You have since deleted the names but he had email notifications so he received the list there and it will be in a deleted post below for mods and don't worry I had him blur out the names themselves.

4. Another quote from the Report "Names have begun to be sniped MUCH more frequently in the last 6 months with the emergence of this snipe script. You know a method that you refuse to reveal on how to properly transfer the names using a website exploit. By leaking my list you are putting every single name I own at risk and forcing people to pay for your (or a few others') transferring service. If they don't pay for transfer, the name is bot sniped, 100%. You. Can. Get. Fucked." You personally are very bothered about not knowing the method. Firstly, the "Method" is not any sort of exploit. You make it sound like we hacked the website to make it instant which is 100% False. Secondly, you have a problem with me keeping it to myself. Tell me when does anyone leak methods that give advantage to them in a business setting to anyone? Gold Sellers aren't out and about giving out their ways to avoid detection of RWT bans. You seem to have a problem that I am hiding it but others including your so-called "friends" also know the method and won't share it and of course you will NEVER bat an eye in that case. You don't see @Hope giving out their methods of hiring, scheduling, and completing orders for skilling. What you are on about here is just silly and just an attempt to further smear my name.

Name Slandering and Flat Out Lying to a Potential Customer

I understand name slandering is whatever but when it goes to these extremes to attempt to lie and manipulate others I believe something NEEDS to be done about it. It is truly unacceptable and again I ask if we truly want someone like this in our community? I'd hope not

1. In this screenshot he tells Trashy that I had a name sniped from me which is the truth. After saying that my greed has no limits (lol), he boldly states that I didn't pay back the buyer 800m and that I accused one of them of sniping. I only began accusations when the user involved in the trade was seen PKING WITH THE SNIPED NAME WITH THE SAME CLAN in at least 3 photos. I also received a tip-off that all of ROT knew the name was being moved and they all focused it. So I believe my accusations are somewhat expected. I apparently made the dude feel bad and gave him a name worth 200m tops? Firstly alright name is worth way more, secondly here is evidence of the guy saying he just wanted another name and therefore I offered him one. I did have 800m to pay and offered that but he wanted the name bad so we resolved it that way.

2. Here he is saying I have the highest prices after Trashy a potential customer asked about it. He then asked how much @Alexandre charges and he says 15% which is exactly what I offered him! Of course he manages to sneak in more vulgar language about me.

3. During my Discord Invite Competition one guy sent an invite to Vivi, who started going on a tangent about how they wouldn't be paid if they won. Why the heck would I scam out on a Discord Invite Competition and what kind of bogus accusation is that? He also claims we don't ban scammers or impostors when we have better devices to catch them compared to MOST if not ANY Discord, along with more mods, admins, and Sythe mods. We also make frequent announcements and warnings of impostor action in my Discord and others.

Lying On Thread/False Advertisement​

Lastly for today, here is evidence of Vivi lying to potential customers on his thread. This is straight up false advertisement. Reading this after the report you just made is sad. Evidence that you don't transfer names currently will be posted below. You also claim you have never lost a name with your "new" method when you whined for a full paragraph on your report about how I am not sharing mine and how you had lots of names sniped from you.



As you can see it's complete bogus. If the previous report isn't enough proof here is direct evidence of a potential customer asking Vivi for a Transfer and him declining below.

Overall, this whole situation is just off and I felt like I had to make this report because I had always let things slide and I realized today I needed to step up to this madness. I hope everyone understands the gravity of the situation. Lying to try to get someone banned is an extremely low blow and I hope an appropriate punishment is handed out. I apologize to the Mods for this giant ass wall of text and I hope they look at every piece and resolve it fairly as they always do. Thanks

Okay I'm going to start this post off by saying you have not posted any concrete evidence that Vivi was impersonating Hero/You, for that reason I'm going to completely overlook that point unless you have that evidence, in which case feel free to post it.

Based on some of the information provided above, I'm going to issue an infraction to @Vivi for:

Flaming, Harassment, Trolling:

• Using excessive profanity, insults, or derogatory comments towards another user.
• Partaking in behaviour intended to disturb or upset another user, creating bounty threads on another user.
• Deceiving members or staff for fun, humor, or to cause drama.
• Posting purposely to anger or to elicit a negative response from others for fun, humor, or to cause drama.

Let's try to keep it business professional, both of you.

@Vivi by your own claim here you have had name sniped from you recently. This is quantifiable and you must change your thread for the updated claim. I'm not going to give you the regular punishment for false advertising, instead you will have 24 hours to have your threads updated.
