Factory New Ban appeal

Reason for ban: Offsite scam that happened through my services back in 2013.
Additional details/story: At the time I had been working with a friend "Qwerty604" on powerbot and he scammed while I was on vacation and so I never really had a chance to do anything I felt. Being the dumb 14 year old I was I just never refunded the $5 or something stupid I owed Krillex and then last year when I got into SoW54 we started talking some and I realized who he was. I decided to report myself as I went inactive and refunded him. Since that has happened I have been in SoW54 and Sept's livechat and never scammed anyone nor have any intention on it.
