Explain the service: Paid for 97-99 str via nightmare zone they got my account banned due to Real world trading gold farming during the service. I paid them last Tuesday to get my account to 99 strength from 97. Today the worker messaged me in the service ticket that my account was disabled so i checked it and it was banned for RWT gold Farming. They keep telling me that there T.O.S. means I am at fault when there workers ip is flagged because im assuming they live in a 3rd world country when I know that sythe T.O.S. over rules theirs so here I am posting this report.
Amount scammed: A nearly maxed 1 defense ags pure with 70m in gear on it.

Hi @o Frags x Just a couple things.

Our terms of service are listed on all of our threads, but are also required for you to acknowledge before your discord account can talk to us at the HopeAIO discord

This ToS also states that any infractions to accounts while doing services are not our responsibility, additionally that no refunds will be given in any occurrence of a ban.


In the screenshot you provided us of you trying to appeal the RWT ban you were told by Jagexhelpfrost "RWT bans cannot be appealed, They've already been thoroughly checked, including looking for evidence the account was hijacked at the time of the rule breaking" - So given that this is correct they have already determined the RWT ban was when you were on the account.

In addition you paid with your order through RSGP, While you did not pay using the account you had trained, that is considered RWT and is part of the dangers of ordering runescape services.

We are unsure of what you do on your account outside of our services, And there's no way for you to prove you do not RWT/gold farm on the account.

That was a volunteer community helper not an actual jmod saying that. I havnt been on the account since Tuesday which is when i paid you guys for the service meaning that your worker has been on it all week.

They'll need to refund you for the incomplete part of the training. Bans are a risk regardless of who you go to for training and if the people you go to say they're not responsible for bans and you agree to that, then there's no sythe T.O.S. that comes into play. However they can't simply keep your entire payment amount if the order isn't finished and the ban occurs while they're training so that line of their T.O.S. should be changed.

@Tyler, @Hope please calculate the untrained portion of this order and refund it to @o Frags x

Id like it to be noted that if more reports about that worker and accounts being banned happen in the near future his ip is flagged and if like a full refund for the account. and yes i was paid

You won't be getting an additional refund, again you agreed they aren't responsible for bans, but @Tyler @Hope it would be a good idea to check up on the worker's habits and make sure they're not doing something reckless

 

We have a log where whenever a claim is made by a customer or a report is made, it gets put down with the type and employee name. Thanks Video.
