F2P Skillcapes....Your Opinions

I think they should be like maple logs, you cannot cut maples from trees in f2p(Buy the cape from the master in f2p), but you can burn them in f2p(Wear/take off/wear again in f2p).

 

So no stat bonus and no emote.GREAT IDEA! Why is the mentality of players that f2p needs to have the dulled version. Listen to yourself. Fair? How would that be fair? For people who have gotten 99 in a skill probs dont care if f2p gets the capes. Its always those member kids without a 99 whining about fairness to paying players... F2p is the majority of runescape. Why make the majority sad? I know that not every single player in f2p had a 99, but neither does everyplayer in p2p. Fair? Its a two year old update that soups have been given to f2p players a long time ago.
