F2P pk stats

Looking for a good F2P pure I've never made one how. How and what stats are the best.

 

Simple stats are fine. And it depends on what pure you want? 70 ranged 40 attack and 70 strength are pretty easy stats to start with. And they own in the wild.

 

If you don't have the time to train the pure, and just wanna get to Pking aspect as soon as possible.
Get 65 str, 40 attk 67 - 70 range.
Do waterfall it will boost you to 30 attk | str.
Get 40 attk 50 str if you have the money cannon the range.
if you simply don't want it to be expensive or you want the hp levels.
40 attk 50 str first, then whatever range level suits you and then get back into training str.

 

I was thinking of making a pure ranger. I also wanted to pk with Mage to so like range them then KO strike with a Mage blast.

 

40 atk, 31 prayer. and high range/str is your best bet.

 

hard to ko with a mage blast best f2p build is 40 att 1 defence with str and range so it does not effect your combat, rapid range them till they are low hp then bringh out the r2h to try k.o other than that its pretty hard to k.o people

 

f2p range 2hers are really the only feasible builds at higher levels, mages stop being effect at around 25-30 combat, after that youll get hit so fast you wont have time to ko. i normally pk at 40 attack 60 strength and 60ish range and i do fine. but its personal preference.

 

Mage koing would be effective at very low levels. It would be hard to not splash with your range gear on though. Range + 2h combo is best after you can hit 16's with 2h (str potted).

 

How about just a melee build (with Ranged for some HP levels), would that be feasible? Rune scim to Rune 2h or B axe combo?

 

pure melee is effective but chances are unless your fighting another melee pure then youll have trouble against a range 2her if you are a melee pure.

 

Personally I'd roll with 40 attack, 99 strength, 1 defense.

 

Yeah. Ranged is a bit too powerful in F2P if you ask me. That's why 7 out of 10 people you meet in the wild are rangers. It's fast and at higher levels can dish out considerable damage.

 

I have a 40/67/1 Pure, and I fight rangers all the time.
They're tricky, because they can get 2 hits in before you eat sometimes, and if you're trying not to safe it can be difficult.
However, I would say I'm at about an even KDR with rangers.
Magers are easy to KO, and I have never been KOed by one at my level.

 

just keep attack at 40 and str between 70-80 and you should be golden. i also like doing shortbow 2h switches but you want like 70-80 range too then.

 

40 attack max. 1 or 13 pray. 70 + range, 70+ strength to be well off.

 

40 attack, 60+ str, 60+ range.
