F2P Combat Locations? [1 Def]

Hey, decided to test out a bot, doing a f2p account.

50 attack 64 str atm, i'm not looking for any top secret locations just potential places i might of forgotten about, surely with 50 attack there's better places than chickens.

Not been f2p for fuckin years so god know's what's good any more.

 

In free to play i suppose your best bet's the stronghold. No other good xp f2p spots that i can think off the top of my head.

Not sure about ban rates though, i'm pretty sure nowhere is safe in f2p.
