Never have I encountered staff so arrogant towards it's users. Obviously they know responses like this will piss the guy off. Very immature and rude, and what's with the elementary school responses on some of these threads? Obviously the guy has changed, but it seems staffs decisions are highly unstable and you cave-in at the slightest hint of no-support, a bit off topic but I felt it needed to be said.
