F*ck Runescape & The Players.

So my account is stolen as of today, a while back I clicked on that 9x Zeal thing, and this is what I think caused it, I swear if I met that fucking kid irl, I'd knock his lights out. Now some of you may say i'm a nerd for getting mad, hell yeah im pissed, I put so many hours into my account, and so much effort for what? Some bitch little punk who's room smells like grease and used lotion bottles. I didn't have recovery's so this is what happens. There's no point to making a new account because I have no time to get the 99s... & Im also not going to start over 0gp. Kids like this piss me tf off. Im sorry im ranting to the community, but I actually like everyone here, especially Main & DJ Weasel, so i'm sorry, the way I see it I'm at least winning compared to this kid irl. He spends his weekends on Runescape while i'm out with my friends, he's a virgin, and most importantly he's a faggot because he scams kids accounts in Runescape? Like honestly. FtB.

Honestly bro, I dont even know, i'm an idiot probably that's why. I'm more addicted to weight lifting then RS anyways, so i guess there's a silver lining somewhere. I'd still like to play though everynow and then.

 

You can still recover it if you're the original owner because of the original IP address.

 

I can understand that it's pretty upsetting losing the account, as you've probably put a lot of effort into it, but remember that it's just a game, so what happens within it shouldn't affect your life too much.

Like everyone above has suggested, try to recover it. Even if you can't remember some of the details, it's always worth a go.

 

I think using the first password works and also the first credit card you used to make it member

 

You don't need recoveries to recover your account. You don't even need an email. As long as it's from the same IP and you know some passwords, you're good.

Also, did you seriously think some random player advertising a site online, or a youtube video, was legit? Lesson learned, right?

Im sorry this happened, it happened to me to but back when booting was still around
so i made the GP back botting, maybe you could try that with the new runedream bot they got out.

Yeah, I think any form of scamming is disgusting; however, he probably does have friends and gets laid.. On a pile of RSGP that he stole from you.. sorry mate thought it sucks. never been dumb enough to get scammed although ive been cleaned by nerds glitching in duel arena so same same but different.

It's people like you that keep these guys in business. A word of caution to everyone: if it sounds too good to be true then it is. Do you really think if there was a 9x zeal/1m an hour dung glitch that it would be advertised in runescape telling you to go to youtube? On top of that when you get to these videos they have yet another link in them (the phish link). How stupid do you honestly have to be.

Agreed. Was just talking to Realsies last night about how much the RS community has changed since I've been away. It really saddens me and makes me disappointed to see how downhill this online multiplayer game has gone. It is at the point now where you really cannot trust ANYBODY, even good friends that you have known for awhile, because you just never know anymore when somebody is going to stab you in the back. And the current generation of RS players seem so greedy too... I don't ever remember players being so obsessed with having money back in 2004/2005...
