I believe these users are all the same people, or are friends working together to scam people. They have all in some sort of way vouched atleast one of each other. There is a key theme of account sale vouches, all high end accounts, below you'll see some evidence. If a mod actually looks into this they'll soon find out these are the same person

It seems to me he has multiple accounts, each vouching for one another with fake account sales.
Once he scams on one, he moves on to another. Also they all have very similar join dates

Im sure he probably has more accounts i haven't found.

If by now you can't see the similarity i've seen, simply ask him to prove he owns two of the accounts he claims he is selling.
