Explorer on or off?

Hey, I'm using iDungeon Pro, and idk if I should have explorer on or off? My stats are:
90 Attack
99 Strength
82 Defence
94 Hp
70 Prayer
70 Dung

Also, I have Primal Maul and SSH binded, should I destroy any of them for like a promethium 2h/spear, or just keep the maul? Or should I destroy the ssh for a bow?
