Explanation for my ban evading

So first of all, my first account on this site was named "Ownagge" and that got banned by someone else who had access to my account, you can check ip logs if you please to. So then I had no choice but to make a new account and that got banned for ban evading. So the moral of the story is that I didn't get my first account banned, I don't know who and I don't know the reason. I'd highly appreciate if Pwnaggge (2nd account) can get unbanned
