Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I purchased a CS:GO account from a user on EpicNPC. I had a multiple issues with the account being recovered. I was new to online marketplaces and was very immature at the time. I had asked the person I purchased the account from at the time to refund my money due to the issues I was having. He refused and blocked me. I was unaware at the time due to being immature and new to the platform that you could file a report against a user on the forums so instead I proceeded to chargeback. (silly move on my behalf.) The user then filed a report against me on EpicNPC and due to what was stated above I also was unaware that I must reply to the thread defending myself. I had gone to EpicNPC once at this time and presumed I would never go back to the website again. I was young and just wanted to buy a CS:GO account.

In 2017 I made a Sythe account and I rectified my ban on EpicNPC. As shown above I paid the money requested by EpicNPC into their victim fund after I was told the user was banned on the site. The report that was made on me happened in 2015/2016 and I rectified the problem through EpicNPC in 2017 as shown in the screenshots above.

Here I am also providing a screenshot of me being logged into my EpicNPC account as well as my profile link - as well as having Epic Member.

I apologise for my ignorance regarding the rules of the platform as well as my negligence. I am asking for another chance if that is possible. It has been 4 years since my ban and I have been trying to contact yourselves via the Contact Us button to resolve this issue however I have yet to receive a response. It recently came to my attention that I could request a pardon here from a global moderator.
