Just got a new phone and forgot to backup my 2FA. Would appreciate it being removed.

I'll need more information from you as the information you've given me is incorrect.

What is the registered email on the account?
Can you give me the recovery number?

If you can't do the above, any possibility the registered birthday is your actual birthday? If so, please provide a picture of your ID with that information present to match your profile.

If the date of birth on the account is [redacted] I can provide ID to prove that.

I've disabled 2fa on your account. Be sure to re-enable 2fa on your account and keep the long code somewhere safe in case you find yourself locked out again - you can use this code once as a 2fa code entry so that you can log in and manually disable it yourself.
