Hello lady's and gentleman, I'm exchanging 50 dollars USD PayPal for 45 dollars USD Western Union. I do no go first, and I will let a moderator such as FireZ or Hahanerd hold my money.

Edit: Forgot WU had fee's, just take the fee out of my paypal either way you're still going to make five dollars.
