I just want a different "centerpiece", no idea what that thing even is lol

I like the change. The only problem is the rank images. More time should've been thought into it.
Yep, that's what the suggestion is aboutI just want a different "centerpiece", no idea what that thing even is lol
Former doesn't work, because it isn't any more clear than "ex" was. Retired is supposed to show that they resigned on good terms.
From my understanding of the rank, the whole thing itself means they resigned on good terms. I don't know exactly what it was but there is some sort of time and I believe attitude criteria behind receiving one.

It's a snow flake to symbolize how sectional moderators fly away with the wind every few months. Your name is Snow Patrol come on buddy.

Yep, that's what the suggestion is about![]()
The implementation just seems a little hasty at best.

I propose restoring the old ex-moderator (current retired Global) rank to the retired Sectionals and simply having them labeled as "Retired Sectional Mod" instead of "Retired Global Mod."
I feel the difference in title is plenty to differentiate between the two types of retired moderator because Sectionals have put in their own time and effort and deserve to be respected just as much as Globals do.
If you don't know what to put in yet to make it not look awful, then don't change it until you do. It's not like it's an urgent issue.
We all thought it looked fine.
It's only going to matter to staff + current ex-staff, most the SF's opinions aren't gonna matter as they're not even going to get the rank anyway. It looks awful. Almost everyone who posted in this thread and sf threads agree.

Now our problem with the Ex-Sectional rank is that we didn't know what to put in the middle, because if for example we put an obby shield there, it would imply that the person was a former sectional moderator. Our only solution was to add an independent item to the middle, and the "flower" is what was chosen to be the best.
