Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

Awhile back while i was in college i was staking alot and took loans i couldnt afford. Since then i have always felt guilty for scamming Rael and Prizford. I have repaid both in full as i couldnt deal with the burden on my shoulders of scamming. I have never meant any malicious harm to anyone but while i was in college i was in a monetary struggle and had no other options at the time. I am looking forward to rejoining the community and seeing how everyone is. Thank you c:

Currently discussing the report Excellont or "Ex" with you as mentioned above before we move forward with this pardon, however I can confirm that the other two have been repaid. If that specific report hasn't been sorted in the past, then the money will be directed to Fear's victims. If they're inactive then it will go to community repayment.

 

Update:

I've contacted some of @Fear's victims to distribute what you owe him to the people he scammed and will follow up if they're able to get back to me. If not, then I will have you send the money to the community repayment wallet.

EDIT: This is still unresolved - [resolved] ($250 owed still from this)

Working on resolving both of these with you at the moment.

To reclarify where we're at:

This was sorted as mentioned below.

For this I can't conclude any debt towards Ex as it was marked resolved at the time and both sides are in a disagreement with one saying nothing is owed/one saying some is still owed, however since it was marked resolved at the time and PayPal transactions don't show any payments for anything over 3 years we'll have to leave this marked as resolved as it'd be word vs word since there's no definitive proof that would say otherwise.
