[EX-ADMIN] Hiring someone experienced with FB Ads Manager/Instagram Ads

Hi all,
I have a website that sells goods as well as an active instagram page that promotes said website.
I'm looking for someone that can run the ads for me.
I'm not looking for any new content or anything, looking for someone to simply get the image/video from me, I tell you what I'm looking to get out of the advertisement & budget, you post it and I pay you BTC.
Would want proof of said funds being used correctly etc, you'll also have access to my instagram page so looking for someone reputable.
I've done one ad myself (instagram story) but I'm not sure if I put in the correct parameters in the selection and would honestly rather have someone else handle this part of my business.

I'm clearly not the best at this but a story is 24h on insta isn't it? Might better off giving yourself a shoutout/Sponsor and put pictures/quick vids of your items beeing used in a everyday life on your page with a link to your shopify store.

For facebook ads there are plenty of guides out there on youtube on how to make it efficient.
