Dispute my Ban - Claims are not even legit

Hello:

So I’ve been banned for Black hat/illegal interests?

Let me pick this apart one by one..
Because if you had taken the time to look at the chats rather than goggling my name seeing “hackforums” and saying "Ohh yes time to get him banned" and finding even the slightest little thing to report me on you would have noticed that your allegations are way off and completely false.

This is a bit tricky as it seems one of them is a worker while the other is the company owner and they share the same Hack forums account. Both of them have contact information matches to the HF account.

Xhyalus is me and You tube Shop is an Ex- worker of mine that headed my SEO department when I first started LeagueOfSmurfs.com

You tube shop is Adam otherwise known as Farmer who is also an Ex Mod on powerbot : http://www.powerbot.org/community/user/834965-farmer/

He was given access to my Hack forums account to help look for ways to advertise my website LeagueOfSmurfs.com. One of us came up with the idea to advertise in game as a form of direct advertising similar to how RS Gold selling sites have have random accounts posted checkpoint areas such as Grand Exchange and Lumb Tele sport advertising their company.

He found a way to get a list of League Of legends User names that were both active and not active and then came up with a secondary idea to sell rare league of legend Summoner names.

Image below contains proof that it was adam and not me on the account at the time he was simply using it because I was leet and I’m able to get access to tools normal users don’t without having to pay.

The second part is quite unethical of them. Their main business is in the LoL market and they could be considered one of the "giants" of LoL boosting at this point. They know damn well that this isn't allowed and they shouldn't be doing it, yet are doing it anyways. I also noticed several reports were filed against Xhyalus for accounts being recovered/lost/whatever and nothing was done because it was past the date they allow people to be eligible for a refund. However it seems possible that the accounts were actually hacked which would put their loss completely on Xhyalus and he should be held responsible for refunding these users.

I’m not a scammer the issue was resolved and has nothing to do with hacking; its as simple as this his account got caught for botting. I did not hack or was this scam report due to hacking which leads confirms my suspicion that you’re reaching way beyond the threshold.

Adam; wasn’t the one that mentioned anything about brutforce its hackforums a poster said something about “ it can be used to brute force” but based on the chatlogs provided between me and adam we never intended for that to use it for that we only wanted to use it to “Scrape” gather user names to create a list to use on our LolMessenger to add and message players to visit our website. That’s all nothing more nothing less.

Confirms the Scraper mentioned in what I said above ^ We only intended to use it for gathering user names to ADVERTISE.. he asked for a NA one to see if he could get a list of user names to add to our pool of names to add in game and advertise to..

The names that weren’t active we would then filter those and determine the value of the names and see if we can snipe them when they become available annually.

Riot resets the names and put them up for grabs if the accounts aren’t active over a certain time period.

Just to clarify, when he means snipes, it's not like RS.

LoL accounts that aren't active and that have't been played on in 1 year I believe, have their name changed to summoner1234 for example, and their actual summoner name is available to anyone within that region.

For example, people make accounts with rare names, such as 'God', never play the account (inactive account, 0 games), and thus the name would available again, and whomever gets the name first once it's available again, gets it. So, it's not sniping of a sale, or anything. Also, this inactive name system is automated.
