Evidence against Leanbean

Similarly, I hope that OP is wrong, but there are many coincidences that make me suspicious.

As it stands, would Leanbean have to pay the 2k back due to losing control of his skype, or is he not responsible?

 

As things are currently handled, he doesn't need to pay. Unless any evidence is provided contrary to his story.

 

According to the rules he should. At the very least he should be BANNED. One can reach and say repayment is up for speculation, however the ban is not.

 

Why is this when the rules state otherwise. Why is he not banned?

 

So a hacker can hack leanbean901's account but leanbean901 himself can't even recover it? :noworry:

   There is no way to know if the hacker spam messaged people before, during, or after the scam took place. You're giving examples of two people who received a message out of every contact on my skype.
   
   
   My paypal account history has been screenshared showing that I haven't used it for any moneypak redemtptions so this claim is invalid.

You'd have to ask the hacker how they got the information or what information they required. Don't shoot the messenger

False. If im right, mass messages' time will be the same for everyone.

 

we cant do anything with the email, becuase it can be anything

 

then post your browser history for the day that he was scammed, as it would show if you did infact redeem a mp or not, regardless if it was on a diff paypal account.

Ive never messed with moneypak but that sounds like a great idea to get concrete proof one way or the other.

well if its been cleaned, and we know he was infact was on the net that day, doesnt that sum up he was indeed the one who did it?

 

you can delete invidual website visits on chrome. Like delete the paypal visit from that day and keep everything else

 

Seeing as leanbean is knowledgeable of MP, it doesn't seem too far fetched that this plan was mocked up prior to the release of his PP limit.

Intentionally getting his account locked to prevent release of any information.
Unable to view the email used (Like it mattered, he could have made a new one)


It's like he made sure there was no traceable evidence. :c

It all could be a coincidence though, does this make it the 4th or 5th coincident?
