Evasion? Hundreds have my IP!

Dear Sirs,

I have been banned more than 7 months ago, I was involved in my studies so I had not time for even checking the internet most of the time. I'm filing my dispute now due to several personal reasons which maybe stated later on.

I have been a member of Sythe for three years. I have never scammed or even spammed. I had over 70 vouches. I was on of the best sellers of the RWT guides before free trade was back. I have just received two warnings during my long membership period. Please read this slowly, with a good will. This is really important for me. Everything is controlled by your fingertips.

Why was I banned?

Why Banning was unwarranted?
Okay, so I have been notified by FireZ that another account had the same IP and was banned. Well, sir.. I live in Egypt. My country is a third-world, developing country. In such countries, the technology is not so great; internet follows the rule. In my country, the internet connection is different.. no one has a static real-time IP. Hundreds are connected to the same IP address, which can be changed by restarting the router (where like 10-20 households may be connected to the same router). Luckily, I live in a relatively fine neighborhood where some of my friends actually play RuneScape. Possibly, anyone may have registered another account and done whatever he wants to do with it with my same IP. I don't really know if you will get my point or not, but I didn't do anything wrong or break a rule. I didn't choose the country to born and live in. Maybe you will not believe me, but this is the truth. I just want my account back as I can't actually bear the loss of my ~4 years old account, banned 7 months ago.

The MOD who banned? FireZ, most probably.
