List of vouches since receiving TWC: (Please note: It's advisable to present vouches where the other party went first in the deal and where the deal was for a considerable sum, the more of these - the better). there's a thread i made for my vouches with over 3k+ sold to gold companys(rsgp) on essaint ( dont remember the link sorry ;s )
Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: I was about to sell a rs07 account for $175 BTC, I pretty much got the police after me and they took my Computer from me temporary the next day because of something else that happened with a women i used to know ( not gonna explain in public ;s ) I basically was kept in cell for 7 hours that saturday and came out, didn't have my pc neither my phone. I got my phone back on monday or so and I right away downloaded skype because i knew i was dealing with the person that wanted to buy my rs07 account, but then i saw him calling me a scammer because i didn't respond. I responded as soon I got skype on my phone ( when i got the phone back from the police ) and tried telling him but he blocked me as he didn't get any of my messages, I logged into Sythe after that and got a TWC status for literally not being able to respond. I got mad and made another account called Lystic because I found it unfair that I got a TWC Status while I was dealing with the police (well i basically got arrested some of sort -.- ) and they don't allow phones neither any technology things in there when you're kept in cell. before this all though, he paid btc but i never got ( he paid on friday, i got fucked by the police on saturday due to that women thing ). Back on friday I never received the btc, so i kept waiting for the payment to get on my side so i could send him the account.

I know this is a bit messy, im typing this on a really old crap laptop as I still do not have my laptop, if I need to explain the situation better, please let me know and I will try.

I didn't get his payment so I didn't really scam, if i did get his payment i would of sent the account to him. It wasn't like I was ignoring him on purpose, but i couldn't respond because my stuff is taken by the police ( i got my phone back, but my pc is still there as of now 13-3-2017 (been a month or so already since they have it ) )

I hope you guys understand and we can find a good solution to this as I never scammed.

I made another account as I never saw this thread up (publicly) and i though that you guys basically left me banned for no reason so i made another account which got banned today, although I did sell my runescape account 2 days ago on it.

The things i mentioned above are true and i still do not have my main computer, i also do not know his skype anymore as I don't have access to the skype account anymore since it was saved on the computer which i do no longer have (temporary i hope)

because it's been a while now and I want to get back to the community.

 

Your story isn't believe in the slightest, if you want to provide me with evidence that the police raided you my discord tag is Mootrucks#7536 but for now this dispute is denied unless you can contact the guy and prove he was lying about you scamming him.

 

Unbanned with a TWC that you can dispute in one months time.

 

This is not how this should have been handled. For starters, this dispute was made months after his initial ban so it should have been denied right off the bat. Secondly, it looks like no one actually contacted the victim for proof of the scam because when I reached out to him he provided the full proof immediately. Thirdly, we do not just arbitrarily unban people with twc's. I do not want to see another dispute handled like this, if there are any doubts about a user's story and you are unable to verify their story contact an admin and we will go from there.
