Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) : Personally, I think they are ban evading because of the VAST amount of knowledge they have on the market. He has opened a service and has constantly responded to other people with fairly accurate quotes on skilling/questing services. Sus? In my opinion, yeah, but it's worth taking a look before somebody gets scammed.

Mods/Admins, please do something about this. He's offering his max main rental service for 500k/hr. There needs to be rules on this because somebody who isn't knowledgeable on the market can lose ALL of their GP EXTREMELY fast.
