erickho123 ban dispute

So, yesterday I logged in to learn I was banned. I've been told I got banned for blackhat activity on hackforums.net, specifically cracked steam accounts. However, I don't recall selling any cracked steam accounts at all.

Please take in mind, that my HF was SHARED in the past, but the password has been changed and my brother no longer has access.

I was banned for a similar reason in the past, and I pardoned for it. I thought this would already cover for it.

As you can see as noted in my pardon, I stated that my brother had access to my hackforums account. This pardon was approved.

Additionally in the pardon, I stated that I had absolutely no association with cracking as said here in one of my posts in the pardon: http://www.sythe.org/14502759-post10.html

As well, Dave at first no supported my pardon, but I added him on skype and explained him the situation and then he changed his decision (I told him we shared hackforums accounts in the past):

So I'd like to know why I am being banned for something I already have been pardoned for

 

His blackhat situation came to light in his pardon which was approved. I've unbanned you as you've pardoned for the offense.
