Ergonomic mouse

Already I use a lot of mouse and it seems to aggravate the Tunnel Tunnel Capel soft, obviously I must stop holding the mice with a fatal grip. But it also seems to be linked in a way that moves the mouse with the thumb and not with the whole hand.
What are ideas about Ergonomic mice?

We purchase these to our office employees. Price is what it is but ergonomics come with higher than usual price tag.
