ErasDesigns ban appeal

Hello,
So recently i got banned for 'scamming' a powerbot member. sorry that this appeal is late i posted it in the wrong section. So a few months ago i sold some graphics to twisted fade and he didn't like it he thought it was the same design i made for some on else i disagreed but still made him something new he still didn't like my design and asked a refund i didn't think that was fair so we had a mod to chat with us and he agreed and said a refund would be fair i didn't think that was fair so i didn't refund him and got banned after a few days i thought about the situation and added him back and refunded him more than he payed. after that i just deleted him and didn't talk cause i was still mad but i didn't want to scam anyone. so when i got banned here with name ErasDesigns he added me and was so nice to help me get unbaned http://prntscr.com/4spdrf
i want to keep this name since every one knows me with this name.

I hope to get back to graphics asap :3

Taking opinions on whether the user has to pardon or unban with twc or just unban. Please have another upper staff member consider the opinions of everyone on staff and act accordingly

Needs to pardon imo.
There was an act of scamming, the staff of PB gave him time to refund, and he decided he didn't want to refund after all.

I hate when people bring in a mediator hoping that they side with them and when the mediator doesn't they just throw their opinion out the window and not refund anyway. It's essentially making a conscious choice to scam because you didn't get your way. You'll have to pardon.
