Epic YouTube View Boosting Idea

Hi,
i have had this idea for a while, but the problem is i don't have the programming skills to make it happen.

The basic idea is just like Tube-Surfer.net. People would enter their videos URL and then it would be added to a list. This list was filled with everyone elses videos who had done the same thing. It would go through each video, doing around 3 videos at once (going to the page).

This gave realistic YouTube video stats, as the IPs constantly changed. This could get 400 views an hour on a video.

This got stopped as YouTube blocked iFrames. But my idea is the same basic thing, but with embedding the video as appose to using iFrames.

The same thing could be done with just frames, viewing channels. Boosting channel views and there for making the channel seem more popular, which often makes people see why by watching the videos...

As i said, i do not have the knowledge to code/test this. I would really appreciate someone telling me why it wouldn't work/if it would and if someone could take this idea and make it themselves.

I've read about this for 2 months ago, idk if it's with iframes but it also was some youtube booster. maybe use the seacrh button and you'll find it? gl
