Recover stolen account > Stolen password > scroll to bottom > check info needed then compare it to an account you know has NEVER had members and you will see a difference.

Having no members skills/quests/songs doesn't mean it wasn't a member, it means you made yourself a member but didn't use it which would allow you to recover the account in the future.

I tested this by making a new account, and attempting to see if it would ask for subscription details. It did not.

IF you do not believe me despite me being an ex-mod.

Go to www.runescape.com, and have the name of an account you are 100% sure has NEVER had members. Go to Account -> Account Management and say stolen password. When you get to the screen scroll to the very bottom and you will find it does NOT ask for subscription information, however if you type in DEFENCE it DOES ask for subscription information, and if you type in the name of an account that HAS had members it will ask for subscription information.

If you want to tell me im wrong ^ GO DO THAT AND PROVE ME WRONG otherwise I will tear you apart.
