Basically somebody I've cared for after 8 years is coming to the end of their life over the next week and I wondered if anybody has been in this situation and has any advice? I've done the obvious regarding setting visits up making sure she's comfortable has everything she needs not in any pain so fourth. Just feel like I'm missing something...

    Thanks.

First accepting the fact that death is inescapable should lessen the pain. Losing someone, especially those who are close to us is never easy, but we must be strong for them. Don’t allow their death to set a dark cloud over you. Be positive and optimistic about the situation.
