EOC Maxed + Black Mask Hunter on 07

I am selling a Maxed EOC with 110 dung, also on 2007 it has the requirements to kill cave horrors, EOC thread -here:

It has about a 100k bank left, as I sold the GP.
It's got fairly good melee stats, alright QP.
Has mith gloves and rune defender.
I've camped cave horrors for about 4 hours a day for 3 days and have got 3 mask, thats using range from 40-60.

Melee has much more KPH then range so it's a lot better.
I made 5.5m in 3 days and thats not playing much.
Masks sell for 1-1.1m.

$150 firm price, will use PP to trusted members.
Will get a notepad full of answers and recovery questions, locations etc.
