Users will be banned for 1 month for the following:

Disclosure of Others' Personal Information: posting information such as private emails / MSNs, private Skype accounts, Facebook accounts, addresses, phone numbers, private photos, etc. of someone other than yourself without explicit consent of that person will result in up to a 1 month ban regardless of whether or not the information is publicly available.

I didn't break this rule. I didn't disclose the information bleuskittle did here. In the past evidence of a user breaking the rules has been withheld from public view if it violated the rules or was something that the op wouldn't want posted. When he posted the uncropped screenshot he opened the door to other people posting it. The pictures were unedited and had no comment besides satirizing the fact that he requested some one be banned for posting public information and then breaking the same rule him self.

I've tagged entrr, as he's the one who banned you.

I do agree though, you should be unbanned as it was already posted and you simple re-posted it.

You did the same thing, you get the same punishment.
