Hi, i cannot get past the Authenticator on my account, i know the USER/PASSWORD and my ISP is the same, i am using a different computer though as my old one broke(Hence why i can't login).

User is Enjinsales: i can provide proof of my Paypal in which i paid for the donator status.

 

Please provide the paypal transaction number(s) from your donation(s) and I'll see about getting your 2fa removed.

Seems that transaction ID isn't working. How about the phone number associated with your SVU?

 

My account Enjinsales hasn't had a reply yet? i sent in the Paypal ID requested and my ISP should be close to where the creation of the account was, however i have moved address.
