We were trading Spawnpk for 07 gp (3 Trill, had 7T stock) and we ended up getting jailed and banned... Amount scammed: Not sure, my stock was 3 Trill, got paid 20m for the 500b i traded him at least... How they scammed: Not really scammed, just a dumb way of him to trade this over and getting me banned with at least 7Trill cash losing over 300-400m 07 worth of gold on spawnpk... even when i told the man people are watching us we ended up gambling it and then being jailed/banned... I requested just to put our own rules up while staking so he has a advantage in the whole stake, but no we did it his way end it ended up getting us BOTH caught. Mods ended up saying it was weird 2 non donators doing "Blackjack" for 500b, which was another idea of his. Was speaking with a moderator for over 3 hours on spawnpk about what would happen with us and that ended up with a bann.
After asking around what i should do here is the report...

Hey,
First of all, I didn't scam you.
Trade was: 3T Spawn Pk for 120M.
I used my own method(the most safest method I know) that I used for a long time and had no issues. You basically traded 500b of 3000b(3T) to my account before we both got jailed. So I paid for what I received(500b x 0.04M = 20M). I'm not responsible for bans/wipes etc. You knew the risk of selling gold.

 

You didn't say anything. When we did the last stake someone came to watch above the arena. And then I told you to fight back and you killed me. So we moved to gambling location and I hosted you BJ for 500b. After I received 500b we got jailed.
If admins needs detailed proofs please DM me on discord. I got a trade video(whole process).

 

And by the way, how do I know that you are not staff? And you just snitched me?

1. The bann was while we were doing the trade.
2. Your own method (safest method you know) ended getting us both jailed and me losing 7T in total in not even 10 minutes time doesnt sound really safe.
3.I asked where to post this everyone told me into this section.
4.You KNEW we were being watched so you ended up doing your "other safe method" that got us both jailed and banned.

Even your TOS says you're not responsible for bans, wipes or re-rolls "AFTER" the trade!

I hope your video shows you how we had to switch up the methods and even when you knew we were being watched this ended up with me losing my whole stock of SPAWNPK gold, me not being allowed to talk about what happend to slice etc cuz we "both would of gotten into problems"

 

If i was a staff i would of took all the 07 and not only 20m?
If i was a staff would i ask you daily if you had RUNEWILD in stock?
If i was a staff would i make this thread?...

How a BJ can look unsafe? Even if you do 1:1 stake(in our example 500b vs 500b) and if I remember I rolled 21, you clicked HIT, you rolled 8, you clicked HIT, and you rolled 92 - BUST. Does it look suspicious and unsafe?
Once we both got jailed you instantly said to Slice and some other guy. Why? How do we know that they won't snitch us? That was a silly move.

By the way, if you agreed to sell to me means you agreed with my methods and with the risk of getting banned. You could have refused to RWT if you didn't like my methods. But.. you didn't.

 

We had a chance to get out of the jail. Staff didn't know anything about us and those who knew that we were jailed could tell to staff.
