hsg called a bet while having an open scam report vs him, which should qualify as an outstanding debt if that scam is proved to have occurred.

 

Don't see how this is necessary. If people get banned for being scammers, the end result of the dice bet is that they're banned either way and the other party doesn't get paid. Rules aren't going to dissuade them. You can specify "no users with open scam reports against them" in your post if it's really that big a concern.

 

The report against me is nonsense, the user declined on me i realised so i declined him.
then he was pissed off so he made a bullcrap report.

then a user put 10m 07 dice, quote and roll, i quoted and rolled 67 then he refused to roll, can i report him since he is not rolling due to the 'open report' he didnt mention that or anything, bear in mind if i had rolled low he woulda called.

 

This would be hard to moderate and there's tons of fake scam reports that come out all the time on trusted and reputable members. No support.

 

I see this as an easy and helpful add as a rule in the dicing thread. You really shouldn't be dicing if you have unresolved issues that could lead to your ban. Also, I wouldn't want to have to specify about users with open scam reports against them every time I'm posting. That should be obvious and therefore it should be in the original lounge rules.

 

• Unless you explicitly state otherwise, you cannot choose who you want to dice with. If you wish to be selective, state so and ask that the user quotes without rolling and waits for your approval.

 

Nobody here wants to police this. Do your homework before trading or dicing someone. Read what Roary wrote above
