I mean literally Bogla was shut down and the day after Bogla had a new site under a different name with "From The Creators Of Bogla". If they can't afford to shut down gold sites, they probably can't afford to tackle services.

This is sadly the problem with Jagex's game: It's so easy to exploit a smaller sized company. If discords had this kind of "negative" impact for games under big publishers like Blizzard (Net Worth ~15b Compared To Jagex's 350m Worth), they would be handled swiftly. Jagex can't do that I'm assuming or all the gold sites and stuff would be shut down. Gold sites have been around for forever and it looks like they are going to stay around forever.

Depending on discord's stance on this opinion (websites are a different story), I think it is a real possibility should Jagex choose to tackle this problem that all of our discord be shut down.

What I think will happen: They will tighten up on security in-game by putting a bigger focus on catching people who are RWT. So many of RS services are Venezuelan, and I know from experience, if an IP from Venezuela shows up on an account, it will be banned. This happens a lot when VPNs don't come with a "killswitch" (AKA when the VPN fails and the true IP is shown). The resolution in their eyes could come in the form of a change to the account sharing rule, or just behind the scenes tracking of RWT activity.

So well said. I don't see it dying anytime soon either. Jagex is too concerned about profit to spend money tackling an issue that is ultimately profiting them.

These are the services they watch the most, but even so from the large service providers removals seem pretty rare, especially with the ability to play on the user's computer. They don't have much of a way to prove who actually did the Infernal Cape. With more and more people being able to complete it over time, it is also more difficult for them to tell who is buying the service.
