Emovampi scamming me $15

So he was selling soulsplit gp, i got PM conversation. A total of 5B SSGP. Gave me 2B, i then sent $15 to his paypal via gift, thinking he would give me the rest of the money, he kept trying to talk about how he didn't receive the money, when i clearly screen shot my paypal of transaction of $15 (I blurred out his information) Which ill have a link for atm to show proof. I took a picture of my balance in my current bank on paypal after the transaction was made. Please get him banned, i lost $15 due to trusting the community on here once again. ​

He received the money, acting as if he didn't, sent him proof of me sending him the money, i only did receive 2b SSGP which is only worth $6 of my total $15 i sent.​

 

Erm, you're gonna need to show that the paypal you sent the money to was indeed his.
