Lost old account

    Lost old account
    Hello,
    I wanted to sign up for sythe but I couldn't because I already have some sort of old account on my IP and it doesn't allow me to sign up. I don't have access to the old account nor it's e-mail so I can't recover it.
    It links me to this account when I try creating a new account: (removed)
    Is it possible to delete it so I can create a new one? Thanks in advance.
