Email and Password Changed? - URGENT

Dear Admin,

Just received an email (20 mins ago) that stated that my email and password got changed on the account.
Apparently the new email has changed to [email protected] according to my email.
Old Email: (removed)

Please lock the account asap before any fraudulent activity can be made by the hacker.
In the mean time, I should have probably reactivated my 2FA when I recovered my account.

For your recovery, can you tell me the number connected to your account? Is there a reason why the IP you're posting from is not an IP connected to your account?
