clydefrawg scammed me

Hi,

I purchased an account off of clydefrawg 2 days ago for 550m (upon agreement, i paid overvalue due to including items, but this is neither here nor there). It has since been recovered, with the email and password changed (even though I had taken precautions to change these upon purchase and even used a middle man that was very helpful), and the recovery information that he provided was incorrect/untruthful as when I was prompted to fill out a recovery form from Runescape it was unsuccessful.
I have contacted him both on skype and through PM's on this site- he answered once and has since ignored me (as can be seen through his continued activity and posts, even creating a brand new thread, on this site).

I no longer have access to this account, even after taking all precautions upon purchase, and attempting to recover after all information was changed.

for any moderator attempting to resolve the problem.

I would like an entire refund as I do not have access to the account in any capacity and I do not trust him to give me the new password that he changed it to as he will most likely do it again.

Vouches exchanged (which I would like to change, but haven't because this is a requirement of the form): I stated " This guy was a really great person to make a trade with. I bought an account for 550m off him and it went through perfectly. He has previously scammed, even on another website, and was listed as "trade with caution" that was supported by multiple mods. Was it ever fixed? from this thread (among others): http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1704656-trade-caution.html

Update:
Contacted through skype and still hasn't given me a refund. Will need more mods help as he needs more mods to make his decision as a mod shouldn't dictate his decision making.
Could more mods please help me with this? if you need more info, or are wondering about the sensitive screenshots talked about in the OP, please pm me

I waited a while to update this as I've given him ample amount of time to respond. It's been 36 hours since he has last answered me on here or through Skype. Still no refund, and no answer from him.

 

It's been well over 60 hours without any response from the seller of any type now. I can only assume that he has blocked me on Skype and is ignoring me here. Is there anything the mods can do to contact him about my refund, or is it "gg no re" on my money. If that's the case, I have no problem with that, but would you mind banning him so that nobody else can get scammed by him like I was.

For this image, i needed to hop on skype on my computer because it took up to many screens on the mobile app to get to his last response. I added my clock time and date at the bottom right to act as a reference point. He didn't respond to me at all after 2pm on Friday. It is now 1:30 on Monday- it's been 3 full days and no response even when im calling him out on his scam.

This image is also my one and only runescape account, which shows my money pouch as only being 14m with no grand exchange offers- so he hasn't refunded me there. This one's probably not as useful, but I included it anyway.
