[Elrod] Ban evading update

Hi, just an update to my last post - if this could be merged that would be great

i've tried to contact the other two members who had active skype email's however neither of them have responded to my request and it's been around a week now.

If these two ever come back to the site or do respond to my request i'll be more than happy to refund what i owe, i just hope that they're inactiveness doesn't impede my pardon. However if mods request to wait a little longer that's fine, i'm just not too sure what i need to do now.
