Elnoobouno Ban Appeal

I would like this guy to have the ban removed. He is an honest guy, and I have proof.
1. My vouch from him and his vouch from me:
Check my vouches for the vouch he gave me. I trained his account for over a week. He only gave me pass halfway through. When I was done, he gave me all info. It has been two weeks and he hasn't tried to recover or anything. He could have just changed the password and not given me anything, but he didn't.
2. MSN conversation:
Why would a scammer contact me and tell me this? Any scammer would realize he lost the account and wouldn't press the matter, unless it was a very trusted account. I also know from previous dealings and after looking at posts before he got hacked that he never before mentioned anything like what the hacker's posts mentioned(ie Soul Wars Id). He was strictly looking to sell an account and get some training.

Why would I help? Because this guy is not a scammer.

He didn't even ask, but I trust him and so I am asking you to reconsider this ban.

If he wants to appeal the ban, he can, but we don't really care whether you had a good trade with him or not. As long as the report against him stands (hacked or not), the ban stays.
