xGuard Lying about recovering an account and He Resold it to Euterpe for 190m 07

Now, xGuard had sold it to me, so i politely asked him to recover it and have me or him resell it, and he continously agreed and kept saying he sent it in, yet i never got ANY emails or anything. Ill let some screenshots speak for themselves.
Ill pickup at last saturday when we had a little bit of an argument. He claims he hadnt recovered the account and that there was nothing he could do. You see him say MULTIPLE times that he does not have the account and that he has no time to play.

So he claims he doesnt have the account, but just a few days ago he got a vouch for selling a Maxed AGS pure to Euterpe as quoted here.

The quote is found on xguards vouch page.
Now, if that isnt enough evidence, the account username I P I P I P, which was on the account before hand, has now changed to Euttyy which is a common type of name from euterpe. The account is also a maxed AGS pure.

I think xguard should either be banned for trying to get away with this, or payback the user who was scammed.

how is this a scam? i told him he (instead of you) could recover it to repay victims since he's the original owner.

SiikxPro scammed LazyTom 150m and LazyTom was banned for hacking Siikx's sythe in retaliation. LazyTom should receive his 150m back, the remaining 40m xguard can just keep

okay, so xguard hasn't been able to contact lazytom. should xguard keep the money while we try to get in touch with tom if that ever happens, or should we do something else with the money?

 

I mean, it's not like any of us are going to hold it.

They will have to wait until contact with lazytom is established.

November 17th, xguard was told to contact lazytom. He last logged in November 27th. That's proof enough for me that he's just been ignoring this and he can be unbanned when he finally repays tom, this has gone on far too long
