Elite Dust - A failed system

Ya, this is a wall of text, I don't think I'm more special than anyone else. I'm a man of the people not above but equal.

First thing is first, the pardon was denied and I was told you guys denied it as a lot of you don't feel safe with me in the community. That's the same reason I got last pardon, 6 months ago. If you guys have gave me a different reason, I would of took the L and packed my bags, but that's not the case. Within the last 6 months, no hacking has taken place , I've had a clean slate.

I can't change the past, and I know if I keep waiting 6 months, I'll get the same old reason. Just because I have the ability to do something. You guys are punishing me for my ability to/knowledge. That's like arresting someone because they know how to murder someone. You guys really do a good job at destroying a mans innocence. I'm not being immature, I'm voicing my opinion because it's depressing when someone cleans up their act but because of the connotation of their name, people don't see change.

Honestly you guys say "for the safety" "we don't feel safe", I can't think of anything that being unbanned would enable me to do that I can't do while I'm banned? Not even hypothetically.

I didn't hack anyone in these last 6 months, I've never scammed anyone. There is nothing that I did that would challenge the security of the community.

Multiple people trust me with $1,000+ I even have multiple Bogla employees that literally go first to me. Don't take my word? Just let me know and I can back up anything I said.

I have near $100,000 in vouches, not one single scam report or issue. It's pretty clear I know how to act in a professional matter in the market. I'm more than fucking genuine with business

Also had Osbot feedback, but they banned me after the found out I was banned on Sythe.

Who was the one who found a exploit within the old Bogla site basically enabling them to get unlimited free gold. When the payment exploit actually worked and I got the gold, I refunded it then went to Paul (owner of Bogla) and he fixed it. Don't take my word? Check the first vouches of mine or ask him yourself.

I don't know why but after that Bogla allowed me to buy gold directly VIA PP without ID or anything. They've had around $7000-8000 of mine on PP since last year, no chargebacks nothing.


I could easily lead Technical core, be involved in PR and CDT. Hell I'd even say I'm staff material. I want a chance god dammit I don't care if it is unbanned with TWCs all I want is a chance. I deserve to be exonerated.

Honestly even half a valid report on me or anything sketchy remove me immediately.

As much as I did not want to be the one to reply to this, here:

• Staff do not need to justify why they deny a pardon
• If the system was failing, this would be a systemic issue.
• It is not and while you claim to just want equal treatment, here you are expecting special treatment.
• As long as it is a negative decision, you will likely claim it was certain staff members (including myself) bias
• Monetary value is not the only form of trust and the staff team has reservations about your interactions with Sythe users and possibly putting them at risk.
• This goes as far as staff members actively handing off your cases/asking another staff member to handle it as they're worried about how you will then act.
  • This is why I am handling this now even though I told you - and have done as I said - I would not be handling cases involving you.
• Re-apply in 6 months and if nothing negative happens, then I can see you returning in some form.

At your request, I left your pardon thread open in SL waiting for @Sythe to chime in. It will not be closed/finalized until then and if something changes, you will be notified in some manner.
