Elite DM - Don Krypto

As someone who uses the bot, I think that labeling it as "Black Hat Activity" is a bit of a stretch.
Even still, I do believe that users of a Discord with that bot in it should be notified of it's capabilities as there is people who would abuse it's powers in the wrong way.

The only problem I can see with the way @Don Krypto used the bot is in order to even access the server at all you were forced to verify with it. We use the bot to lock it behind giveaways in which people can make alternate accounts to get free money.

The bot is simply a way to retain users.

As most of you are, I am very confused as to why none of the other points in my report were addressed

First of all, I really wish I could have made most of that report public because it is so easy for the staff team to sweep this under the rug

It just isn't possible to protect people involved, Don Krypto is deeply involved in black hat activity, he will take revenge on people for going against him...

I can guarantee every point alone should suffice for a ban, I linked precedents of previous reports of exactly the same situations in there as well

Everything I posted had valid proof

He got a TWC for not informing people about what the discord bot gives away, staff says there is no proof of him abusing this information
There have been instances of ddos attacks where the only possibility of ip leaks come from this discord bot in his server, it's just impossible to prove whos performing ddos attacks

I would also like to remind the public that "Don Krypto" said the bot doesn't share registered email address on discord
If you however go to the official site of this discord bot it says that this is already under development, this means on top of thousands of IP's Don Krypto currently has, soon he will have thousands of emails linked to those IP's

I have asked both BlackBasses and Andy multiple times why the full report isn't addressed at all, even asked them just to reply to me on discord once, they just ignore me

I posted another report in the scammer section to ask for a reasoning why the other points in my report were not talked about at all, the post was immediately deleted

I request @Sythe steps in himself and actually goes over the report because this is just corruption, I don't know what else to call it

My only other thought is that they will just allow him to be around because he has so much personal information on thousands of people and we have already seen what he is capable off / how much of a child he is proven by his tantrum in the scammer section...

Maybe the staff team thinks this is the safest option for everyone involved...

 

Just going to go over the private parts and describe to the public what it is about, I don't understand that you can say "he said she said" when literally everything I used is definitive proof

1. Admission of guilt/harassment of power abuse by Don Krypto
With proper proof, + video proof
2. Proof of Identify scamming, covered in earlier report don krypto vouching for him, over 80b scammed, not refunded (he is let back into the cc before refunding a previous scam and then scams a huge amount again?) Proof of first 40b scam is in an en earlier report, the last 40b scam is linked with video proof in my report
3. Public proof of Don Krypto being involved in black hat, this isn't as important but it paints a picture of who he is and what he does
4. Admission of guilt once again of harassment of a sythe user
5. Admission of guilt and heavy harassment against a sythe user, undeniable proof once again
6. Admission of guilt of multiple different people performing scams, undeniable proof, on earlier precedents admin Andy banned other users for this and made it so that they had to refund the scams if they wanted to be allowed back in, not sure why this is any different? (unironically this involves some of the same people as well)
7. discord bot, we have been over this
8. Ban evading, scam reports, unpaid debts, with all the proof linking to the ban evader
9. Not as important as the other points, nevertheless, the proof is there

I can't understand how this isn't being addressed, especially points #2, #5, #6 and #8
These points alone should suffice for permanent bans, the precedents are there, the proof is there

You guys either didn't look into it properly (which is weird because it took 3 weeks to reply to the report in the first place) or u just don't care
I would really like for @Sythe to take a look at it at least once

 

Regardless of me disagreeing with you @Pirate I thank you for taking the time, if nothing is done about this by the time you are back, I'd be happy to go over my report with you in private

I tried to do this with Andy/Blackbasses but did not receive any reply, yes I am aware these guys are busy and don't need to reply but just stating facts here

 

As I previously stated, I don't post much but I lurk a hell of a lot.

Firstly, the IP grabbing, with even the most remote questionable evidence should have resulted in some sort of serious sanction IMO.

However, the sheer amount of reports that crop up regarding the Elite DM server should surely raise eyebrows? I appreciate there are disgruntled users here and there but the fella seems to get off scot free on every occasion.

IMO anyone with sense would stay away from them, I don't understand why Sythe endorses them? Again, just an opinion.

 

Most of the concerns would come from it being a DM server, however giving Don Krypto the benefit of the doubt - has anyone come forward to report being DDoS'd/lagging out during a DM within the server/CC?
