Forgot Pword and reset email isnt working

I reset my password but the email which is supposed to give me my new password never arrives. I've tried this numerous, up to the tens of times.

The link also appears to reset with one click, and not 24 hours like it is described.
What is going on here? Why am I not getting a response for this fatal flaw in the forum's emailing system?

Try the email recovery now, it should work.
