Elemental Ban Dispute

Alright well to start off with,
This is a multi Account Dispute or whatever you want to call it, Im not sue how it will work but ill start off with this.
I am Ban Evader.

Here why i was once banned.

I clearly stated that my ONLY msn ended in .CO.UK and not .COM.

Giddy simply saw some other post by the person trying to set me up or whatever on a different forum.
Giddy Didn't believe me because someone using a simular name to mine posted on a different forum with my msn.
My appeal was denined.
I was aware of the rule that you cannot make Two appeals because they will simply just be ignored.
It felt miserable, Someone trying to set me up using a different msn to mine, And i was banned without the details being looked into.
I trid contacting giddy for weeks and i was just ignored.
I contacted some other mod's They said they may help me but Giddy's decision is final and they do not with to change it, Because it's Giddy's decision.

Then i thought i'd move on but i just couldnt continue.
I wanted to be on sythe, I've had done a numebr of trades on sythe i'm not here to scam.

I thought the only way now was to mqake a new account because i couldn't get incontact with giddy and the other mod's simply didnt have time to hear my story.

I finally decided to just make a new account on here and carry on here,

It worked fine for a month untill i was banned for ban evading, But why was i banned in the first place if i hadn't done anything.

 

That email address actually matches http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=4890139#post4890139, who does not seem to have anything to do with you at all--as far as I can tell. Any other thoughts?

IPs between elemental and this kid trace back to the same spot. Add ban evasion to his ban reason.
